I'm a trained, background-checked and certified Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent

In a former life, I was a mortgage loan processor for a major national bank for several years. Once I became an almost-empty nester, I decided the freedom and flexibility of being a mobile notary and loan signing agent was the perfect fit for me. It also allows me to indulge my detail-oriented side.
As a notary public commissioned by the Secretary of State, I take my job seriously. I don't just stamp and walk away. I'm familiar with Colorado notarial laws, and make sure the proper procedures are followed so the validity of your document is never questioned.
You're a busy person. You may also be in charge of a lot of other busy people. You don't have time to stop what you're doing and hunt down a notary to get that important document notarized. For the cost of the notarization and a nominal travel fee, I'll come to you - at a time and place most convenient for you. I'm available for all of your general notary needs, from wills and trusts to quit claim deeds to POAs and more.

I'm background checked and certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent, and am also Loan Signing System and Notary2Pro certified.
I carry $100,000 of E&O insurance. I can print documents in both letter and legal size. I have experience with a variety of loan closings, including VA and conventional refinances, purchases, HELOCs, seller-side transactions and reverse mortgage applications. I'll even package your loan documents for you.
