Travel fee: $0.575 per mile
After 6:00 p.m.: $15 surcharge

I'll meet with your borrowers, walk them through the signing process, and return fully executed loan documents promptly to your office.

Do you need me to print documents for you? No problem! I have a dual-tray laser printer and can easily print loan packages with a mix of letter- and legal-sized papers for a small additional fee of $10.
Loan Packaging (included free!)
Packaging/splitting loan documents can easily eat up an hour or more of your day as a busy title or escrow officer. That's an hour you don't have time to spend on one of the many other tasks you have to accomplish. When you use me as your signing agent, I'll do the packaging for you - according to your office's specific requirements - so you have more time to focus on other things.
